Helios Health makes Helios, a fitness app for workouts, nutrition, and training notes. Use it to keep workout plans, completed sessions, food records, and notes together. Your saved history gives you and your connected agent context for the next training decision.
Helios connects iPhone, web, and supported AI agents through one account. An agent can read the records you permit, prepare a proposed change, and save it after your approval. You control the connection and its permissions. A connection does not give an agent access to another person's account.
The public documentation explains setup, available tools, permissions, and how to review saved changes. Account access and beta availability can vary.
