# Workout tracking

Build workout plans, record your sets on iPhone, and review your training history in Helios.

## A clear record of the work you put in.

Keep your plan, completed sets, and training notes together. Start with a workout you can follow, then use what you record to prepare the next one.

## Plan the session

Choose exercises and set targets before you train. Review and edit your workout plans on the web or iPhone.

## Record your sets

Use the iPhone app to record weight, repetitions, and completed sets as you train.

## Review the history

See your completed sessions and keep notes with the work. Give your next plan a useful starting point.

## How it works

1. **Choose a plan.** Open the workout you want to follow and check the exercises and sets.
2. **Train and record.** Log the sets you complete in the iPhone app.
3. **Prepare the next session.** Review your history yourself, or ask your connected agent to suggest a change.

## Try it with your agent

Review my recent Helios workout history. Suggest one change to my next plan, but do not save it until I approve.
