# Helios support

Open https://getheliosapp.com/support/ to check availability and send a support message. No sign-in is needed.

The form asks for Name, Email, Message, and optional Phone number and Attachments.
Accepted files: JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4, and MOV. Up to three files, 3 MB total. Convert HEIC to JPEG.
Images are re-encoded without metadata. Remove private details and location information from videos before upload.

Include the time, app version, and request reference. Do not send passwords, tokens, sign-in links, prompts, notes, or complete logs.
For a timeout, check the receipt or retry with the same write request ID and values.
